Here is the latest version of the registration. Those is yellow are not cleared to tryout. If your physical is highlighted in orange then it expires in the next month. Please send an updated version once you have it. 

Below a link to select which day you are attending to tryout for the team. This is for organizational purposes. There is also an option to select t-shirts sizes for when the team is finalized. (Returning athletes have their selection from last year, update if needed)
